Delivery

• All orders are formulated, processed and delivered on working days only (Mon-Fri) except public holidays.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following working day.
• All orders are currently only shipped within Australia by Aust Post.
• All orders will be tracked.
• We will endeavour to process your orders as quickly as possible but please note we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party.
• Postage times will be longer during peak holiday times, please expect delays.

Returns

Due to hygiene, the high price of ingredients and labour we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we shipped you the incorrect product or the item was damaged in transit. In this unlikely case please contact us at ladarlingco@gmail.com within 11 days of receiving your item.
